Our amazing community partners Youth Represent, Academy 365, exalt, BRO Experience, Community Board 16, 18, Medgar Evers Center for Law and Social Justice, Kappa League (Brooklyn-Long Island and New York Chapters) and Sigma Beta Club (Brooklyn Chapter) to discuss your rights and how to gain a deeper understanding of how our criminal legal system operates. Our panelists include legal experts, law enforcement and social justice advocates. And, newly elected NYC City Councilmember Chris Banks will be a speaker along with NY Assemblywoman Latrice M. Walker from Assembly District 55! We will also discuss important changes in the new NYPD administration and how it can impact you.
