For the fourth consecutive year, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, 
Inc. showed our support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by making the Give Thanks Walk one of the sorority’s national initiatives.
Chapters across the country registered and raised funds for the St. Jude Give Thanks Walk, and East Kings County Alumnae Chapter was no different. On November 22, we took to the streets joining Sorors from other chapters to walk and raise awareness of the work of St. Jude Hospital.
It was both humbling and inspiring to meet some of the children, former patients at St. Jude, who have beat cancer and were walking to raise awareness to help others.
