Please join the East Kings County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in partnership with the Delta Research and Educational Foundation for Bread and Putter, a Charity Golf and Brunch Event on Saturday June 25, 2016.
Bread and Putter will be an unforgettable day of golf and fellowship for a great cause. This family-friendly event has something for everybody. Golfers can play 18 holes on a world-renowned championship golf course. There will be lessons for aspiring adult and children golfers to learn to ‘put’ like a pro. For the non-golfers, come enjoy the Banquet Scholarship Award Luncheon and cocktails at the Dyker Beach Golf Course Clubhouse.
During the Scholarship and Awards Banquet, we will honor members of our community who have demonstrated distinguished community service and present scholarship awards to college-bound high school students.
We also encourage Bread and Putter guests and those who cannot attend to sponsor a hole to advertise your business, celebrate your achievements, represent your sorority/fraternity or represent your circle of friends or family, among many other possibilities.
Your tax-deductible ticket purchase helps support East Kings County’s wide-ranging and broadly impactful programs including scholarships, promoting civic engagement and education on voting rights, international relief efforts, promoting empowerment development & leadership opportunities, financial literacy workshops, and health awareness programs.
